Checking in as a patient? You will need the following items.
Personal items to pack:
- comb and brush
- toothbrush and toothpaste
- cosmetics/shaving kit
- robe and slippers
- your own pajamas or gown, if you prefer to use them
- all current medications
- a copy of your Advance Directive or Living Will, if you have one.
Note: Please do not bring valuables, such as jewelry or large amounts of money. The hospital cannot be responsible for valuables kept in your room.
